Dell N5010 Power On/Off Problem

Dear All

Would like to ask i have Dell N5010- MB Model : DG15

Have problem like that when i plug charger power switch light direct on and cant off even push and hold for long time
Even no display

I can on/off through on battery only, on battery also no display

almost i replace all IC but same problem facing

any one have idea

you can explain proper . wich ic replace or resold

Sir I did replace

Replace BQ24745 Battery Charging IC
Replace RT8205
Replace BIOS IC and Reprogramme also
Replace IO ic also

after that problem are same
When plug charger power on/off switch light glow on, and cant off,
only while battery plug laptop power on and off but no display
