BOARD NAME QCLA4-LA-8861P PROBLEM NO DISPLAY ....
ALL SUPPLY BUILD WITH FREQUENY AND DC AFTER CIOL
BUT PSU AMP START NORMAL AND GOES TO 2.O AMP ..AMP GROW SLOW MOTION.. THEN I PROGRAMED BIOS FROM M BACKUP... 2MB IC PLACING NO UH4 4MB UH3 ... BUT CONDITION SAME .. THEN I DOWNLOAD INDIAREFIX SITE ...FLASHED AGAIN BUT CONDITION SAME ....HOW TO RESOLVE
