Lenovo G560 - HM55 Chipset too much hot when plug power adapter

Even Laptop power on some time and display also run, but when come windows logo its off..

Anyone have idea

hi everybody
check the pch that vcc or vdd where comes from ?
and find the power source of pch maybe there is a shortage that temp go up
did you change the pch ?
