KB9012QF A3 chip on Dell 3521

I have a problem Dell 3521. That is +3.3V is short to ground. I try to inject 1.5 V to the Coil and i found heat on KB9012QF A3 chip. I removed it and check again now that short has gone. But i have KB9012QF A4 chip as replacement. Is it OK. That is KB9012QF A3 to KB9012QF A4.

One of my friend said both chips will be ok. So I will fix it and come back......

A3 and A4 is same.programme the sio and u r done
