mbx 266 no display

i have mbx 266 motherboard ..
in this cpu and main chip not heat ..like a 0%
when i power on then 2 minutes in power off automatically
i change bios ,io ,also main chip but no display
no cpu and main chip heat...

check moisture on any compont or ic ..
and check ur 3v and 5v supply working properly
