Dell 1440 dead..

Hi All..dell 1440.ALBA UMA MB..Dead..problem no power on 3 and 5 ALW...3 and 5V Aux S5 are OK..3V on Bios and EC is OK..
was cecked signal entrip on TPS51125 is 0V..so I suggest signal entrip is problem..
cecking again...pin ECRST# is 1,5V..so EC Chip not working...
cecking again..signal that triger to ECRST# not working..this signal came from PURE_HW_SHUTDOWN#
so..i plan jumper pin RSMRTS manually to 3V with 10K..now..the mainboard can power on,but after 5 secon off again...
EC Chips replace same issue
flash bios also same issue

you need to check acin first after that ec enable or reset
