power on issue

hp 15 da0r75mb6c1 mb power on issue ................
when i press the power button wi F12 key led blink for 1sec and charging led off for 1sec .... motherboard wont on plz help

iss model mein ek c2702 capistor short nikalta h,,,,isme ye commen problem h
