pc H55H-M V:1.1 doesnt turn on (fixed)

hi guys i would tell what happen, these pc doesnt turn on , what i did first is to do a inspection all over the board i find out a vrm section with burn mosfets first, i lift them all of then and replace it, i try to turn on these pc, nothing happen, i flash bios just in case whats a bios problem , and nothing,also i check for any short on motherboard, didnt find anything, i take a look where the ich is the crystal and elements where and i find out alot of corrosion, i clean everything good , press power button and nothing, so i measure that crystal and there wasnt any voltage at all, i mean it suppose to be voltage just with 3v batery, so i measure 2 resistors next to the cystal pins and there were voltage 0,56v , so i did bridg with copper wire from crystal feet to that resistor, also with the second feet crystal to the other resistor, and now i have voltage, now guess what, i turn on pc and work.
