Asus/Hcl Board number A15hc, only battery doesn't get powerup

[hidden]2 days Back received a HCL laptop which is ASUS motherboard with the problem as working fine on adapter and battery, charging ok but at only battery doesn't work even do not power on. as all you know there is no pdf for this so worked only board view and finaly found as attached image in fact sm bus pull up goes low to 2 volts on battery as power source.

i have a15hc works with charged battery and ac adapter but battery does not charge, in windows it says "battery plugged but not charging", tested with other batteries and other ac adapters , do you know what might be the problem?
