Mbx-250 - pure_hw_shutdown signal not working

Sony model : VPC-EG A1829659A,
PCB no.Mbx-250 , 48.4MP01.011
PROBLEM : no power on
Observation : - Ec working condition fail due to missing EC_reset,
Solutions :- In this motherboard ec_reset have a protection of pure_hw_shutdown circuit , "if pure_hw_shutdown signal not working then Ec_reset will not genrate"
One of the Pure_hw_shutdown working condition is depending upon G680_Rst signal, it is generated by u1901(G860) ic , this ic compare high(HTH) and low (LTH) threshold Voltage , (HTH<LTH) if this requirement with vcc and ground are full fill then it,s provide Reset Output in the ckt G680_rst# is output of G680 ic,
So in this board both requirments of G680 is missing because of R1929 show open impedance, it should be 820k according to ckt, after replace R1929 ,G680 requirments full fill and it's so called Output G680 also present so pure_hw_shutdown also present and EC_Rst#, also available on io-controler,
Now board is working .
