SONY MBX-244 BIOS

Hello,
I've got a SONY PCG-31311M with "no power" problem.
We've changed KBC (Nuvoton) and notebook starts to react, but still no display.
DC Adapter shows 0,80A and nothing change at all.

We think that BIOS can be corrupted, but we are not 100% sure. We extracted BIOS file from SONY website, but notebook is still "dead".

Can anybody upload correct BIOS?

Doesn't work.
We tried few BIOS and still nothing. We think that something else is corrupted.
