Gigabyte g41 no boot condition

Hi every body
gigabyte g41 not boot

first check vcore, was available and cpu won't heat up
change it now cpu heat up but no display
then reflash the bios, no result
check physicaly
the Clock generator Ic was heat up
change it with another one

now display come
