Problem can't switch on..
Diagnose chk necessary signal.bios pin no.8 and 1have no 3.3v.no 3v and 5v..but batt connector have 3.3v..then chk vin (19v) on sn608098.its available..but no 3v and 5v.
Then chk necessary signal for bq725 .like AC in;AC detect.acdrv,AC OK.fiund AC in missing..then chk impedence of AC in pin to gnd on bq725.found 0ohms.means vin short..then chk and caps..found one cap is short..remove that cap.now again chk acin.it's OK.but EC bios have no voltages at pin no.8 and 1..then chk nbswon#.it's OK.press power button
