No vin...means 19v was not gating in through second p channel mosfet due to bad charging ic
Fund charging ic was look like bit burnt ...repalce charging ic...vin comes...
Power on no display
Amps. 0.250...0.300
All voltages present
No vcore..
Check vr on...it was present
Check 5v input it was preset
3.3v preset...
Finaly used CT functions to check vcore mosfet gate...One set of Vcore mosfet Gate was ...not Properly shown on CT...
Replace Vcore ic system start working
