Asus k54c not shutdown restart again .

case study asud k54c not power off after shutdown restart again. For shutdown manually power off by pressing power button. customer did everything what he can do like hard-disk change, ram, windows ( xp, 7,8.1,10, linux) but no solution. this problem since from one year. he gave me today 9:30am for repair. i simply open mb wash with surf excel dry and pack again. laptop working perfectly i test 10 times with or without battery it shutdown every time.
