delllatitude e5420 no display and turn off in 10 second
First check all volt
5volt ok
3.3 volt ok
Ram volt 1.5 ok
Cpu Gfx volt. 76 ok
Vrm volt. 46 and up and down
In DC power 28
First flash bios then check vrm section dry vrm ic
But same then found vrm in volt 19 drop after 5 sec change 1 resistance
in DC machin amp 86 aftr install ram got display. and laptop workiing fine..
