PROBLEM : DEAD AND SHORTING IN MOTHER BOARD

First connected to PSU , amp increased and voltage dropped rapidly ( shorting in board)
physically examine the board and found PQ4 mosfet was hot, check with with multimeter no problem in mosfet

further examine and found PQ9 mosfet was also hot.
but shorting was somewhere els in mother board

i removed mosfet PQ9 and and connected PSU (with 2.5 volt) positive supply to pin no 1,2,3 to the PQ9 mosfet and check the board, found capacitor PC16 was was very hot. Remove that caps and shorting gone but still there was problem, board was not switching on. Finally change super io ic now working fine.
i change with it8502e-JXS (ORIGINALLY IT WAS IT8502E-KXA IN BOARD)
