Make/Model-Dell Inspiron 3521
Motherboard Part No-Compal La-9104p
Processor Type-I 3 processor
Ram Type –DDR III Ram
Problem –NO power
Diagnosis-See Description
Process-
Motheboard Was not powering on 19V was coming constant ..there was a track burn at PU200 for 19V input …rebuld the Track but Pu200 (RT8205L) gets heated up …so Replaced the PU200(RT8205L)
Now the motherboards get powerd on but PSU only Takes up load of 0.15 Amps
Checked the Vcore Found it 0v at PC1228
Checked For Vr_ON voltage foud it 3.3 V ( no issue with voltage found)
Checked For 1.8v Track Found it Ok
Checked for 1.05 V Track Found it OK
Checked for VTT Supply of 0.75 ..which comes from PU300 at pin no 20 Fount it missing
Replaced PU300 (RT8207M) And Problem Resolved
PSU takes normal LOAD 0.47 and I get the Vcore and get the job done ..
