cedar_intel_MB) Motherboard arrived in dead condition and tampered case.
This board had multiple fault but luckily CPU was not faulty
1) firstly 19 v track shows had very low impedence of 34 ohms with respect to ground .. found the problem with set of mosfets PU4902 and PU4903
Replaced and cleared the 19v line ...
2) now as soon as power plugged in , PSU takes a load of 0.187 and the pwm RT51225 gets red hot.
On physical verification found D2501 burnt checked the schematic and found RTC_AUX_S5 track still showing 0 ohms with respect to ground
Futher checked About RTC_AUX_S5 in schematic All hopes turned bad when Max of these signal going to CPU
Showing clear Indication of CPU Bad.
Still struggled through the board and found c1122 cap shorted . Removed and all shorting vanished ..
3) Now the board gets has 3v and 5 v and gets on PSU takes up a load of 0.34 amps but no display
Found ram voltage only 0.88 v
Tried to replaced PU4901 still same then found a track cut from REF_IN pin 8 of PU4901 to PR4901 built the track and At last job done
