N5050 Case Study

N5050 case study ......
Mbp : DV15 HR
No Power Condition
Laptop not powering on .....
Lan IC heating up light .....so removed the Lan ......Still no poweron
again seen shot in line of 5 V ....found 5V regulator short ....(Removed and shorting solved)
Now comes the devil....
laptop powers on but ,,,,no Gfx core and no V core ...
(as both the ics were already tampered .. i preffered to replace both ...)
now ...
i got the display .....huge smile ....and packed the laptop ....
but got another problem with battery not charging ...
again opened the case and found ...D3902 in the battery detection line Faulty ....
Replaced and job done ....
At last Fruits
