Motherboard Part No- DA0R62MB6E1 REV-E
Processor Type- I5 3RD GEN
Ram Type – DDR3
Problem – DEAD POWER LED 7 TIMES BLINK
Diagnosis- VCC CAP Open and QM3016D N-Ch 30V Fast Switching MOSFETs Faulty
Process-
Found Laptop HP 15-e038tx Dead and 7 times AC LED Open Laptop Found Motherboard Part No- DA0R62MB6E1 REV-E and check out voltage PQ30 sometime missing Output Voltage (19V) After Change PQ30 Voltage is stable and motherboard on but no display . Checkout voltage (Charging Voltage Ok, DC/DC Voltage 3.3V Ok and 5.1V Drop 2.5V) and Found 5.1V (PL24) Dropped after Replace 5.1V Regulator IC PU10 (NB669) Voltage Dropped Then Checkout Complete Motherboard and Found PC228 (1U/6.3V Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors) Damaged (Internal Open) After Replace PC228 Check Out Voltage DC/DC 5.1V Ok then Motherboard Work Proper .

Again found Other case Dead motherboard found PCH Over heat , after replace pch overheating off but not power on motherboard then check out PC228
found damaged , then change its after replacing PC228 motherboard proper work fine
