Problem: No Display
Power consumption : 0.800 without RAM & Fluctuating from 0.800 to 1.110 & back to 0.850 & some time resatrting
Action taken
1. checked all voltages & found Gfx-core missing.Reflash BIOS still not solved.
2. Tested PCH without RAM & found its over heating, so reflow PCH..same status
3. Reflow GPU.. same status.
4. reflow Inbuilt CPU.. no change
5. Thought of Replacing PCH, but some smart engineer group friends suggested to try with new BIOS chip...
& i programmed new 8MB chip of Winbond ... boom display came
