Dell vostro 1015 no display

Case study : Dell vostro 1015
Pcb no. DAVM9MMB6G0 REV:G
FAULT No display after diagnose output of +1.05_VCCP is only 0.795v . Change mosfet no change , all requirement of ic TPS51117 is ok . after checking all resistance one resistance doubt full pr73 20k. Output feed back to ground, but it shows 40k. change resistance 20k , +1.05 v ok . Display ok . everything working fine .
