1st chek all supply, but only 3/5 volt ganrate, core supply ram supply not ganrate.
now chang ram regulater ic , then problm solve..........

reflash both bios chips and it should work, 7 beeps means no cpu, if the procesor has no power its a firmware issue since the pwm its drives by i2c bus and it means it doesnt receive the necesary dwords from kb9012, this could be cause and by the ec firmware from kb9012 but 90% of cases reflash those 2 chips to be sure and it should turn on
