dell latitude E6140 mb la-5471p
flas both bios ic
heat on pch
but same problem

i have problem dell latitude E6140 i do both bios file update u13 and u12 also heat pch but same problem led on but not fan spin and no display

finally i got dell e6410 nodispaly and 0.775 amp error
its me region problem after update me region file u12 bios laptop display working
