i have problem in g570 no power on

when i push power on switch led on
but in dc power supply only take 0.02

i change io
change isl 95831 bug ic
and also clock generate isl 6251
change cpu also

but same problem
psl help

first chek 19 v supply in motherboard then chk 3v/5v are proper in coils nd if the board is not on proper then send ur board p/n with image
