TOSHIBA SATELLITE L850 Pegatron PLF CSF 45W UMA & DSC

Hi,
I'm working with tis motherboard that have no image.
Operative system loads well, but image is missing from laptop lcd or external conectors.
All voltages seems to be good, but PGOOD signal from tps51518 is high for one second, and then drops to zero volts.
TPS51518 feeds to vga chip with 1.005 volts, and seems a good voltage.
PGOOD goes to a pin of PCH, and some other circuits. (no schematic, only boardview)
Any hint will be appreciated.
