gateway NV59 no power

Laptop Model : Gateway NV59
Motherboard : SJV50-CP MB
When i press power sw the power indicator on and it off within a second. Anyone having experience on same issue. there is no power on U20 Main bios pins. its having on U17 EC only. 3V and 5V are ok.
