in this lap no ac detect led didn't glow(led near dc jack) 3v 5v ok charging volt ok vrm hv19 ok but no power on
where i start troubleshoot pls give me suggestions

Might be ene kbc problem. Check pin#106 of kbc. You should get 3v here for dc jack to glow. If it is around 1.5 then verly likely kbc issue

put pd15 new ...near c64 ....sure done
