I have Dell 15 3542(13269-1)no power.
19v ok
3.3v ok
5v ok
No shorts in motherboard.changed io,flashed bios.changed charging ic,regulator ic,vram,ram ic but no result.power switch voltage is ok.
when i press power switch,power led blinks once.plz help

Sorry but there is no shorting in mb.which section to check any idea?

Small pf short check in cpu heatshink base remove the base check it or some track cut in motherboard use magnifying glass.
