KB9012QF A3 chip programming

Hi, Is there any way to program to KB9012qf chip without RT809F or SVOD or Any programmer. I already used RS232 Cable with some resistors to recover password on ibm thinkpad laptop. it was succeed. But now i need any way to recover or flash KB chip without any programmer. is it possible ?
