XPS13 9350 wont boot, front leds flashes no image.

Hi everybody, im the unfortunately owner of an Dell XPS13 9350, it worked ok for a few months and one day when wanted to power on the light on power button turns on for 3seconds and than shuts off and the front led starts flashing 2 amber and 5 white, i have no warranty for the product and dell representative in romania they dont fix out of waranty products they can only sell me a motherboard which costs the price i payd for entire laptop, im a hardware tehnician myself and i tryed to repair it myself, problem is everything looks good, all supplies works with the right voltages, i thought is from bios and i copied a bios from an identical laptop from my work and writed my bios after back-it up, and was the same, the thing is if i press D and power the display test works, fn+power wont work, and now the real problems begins, this laptop is equiped with a super i/o SMSC MEC5085 LZY, and my beliefs are that the ec is corupted, i found 0 datasheets on this chip, no support what so ever, i only saw a UART socket near it and i think it might by used to program the smsc chip, problem is that im clueless how the hell can i program this chip, IR16 can program it? or what interface i need or i can build, and software, aaaaaahhhh it drives my crazy PLS HELP...
