Acer aspire power issue

I have this weird problem with acer aspire La-6911p and La-6901p, both boards are giving me the same problem. Power turns on alright but no display.
when you press power button machine powers on and led go off and on for 3 times then it completely shuts down. I have read all voltages present apart from Vccore voltages, so I tried to replace the cpu driver but still didn't work
Anyone faced anything like this before?

I have been able to solve this problem upon further diagnosis, I realized that the +VSB voltage was not present on some parts of the board so I just made a jumper from +VSBP to one +VSB resistor and problem solved. computer working perfect.

I have ben solve this problem on acer 4739...short in signal ACIN...short TR....replace short TR...problem solved..
