HP Probook 4530s error

Hi friends,
When i try to install win7, the windows logo coming time come this error!, I try to flash another dump file but the result is same :(
Any idea??

"The bios in this system is not fully ACPI complaint. please contact your system vendor for an updated bios"( i already attached a screen shot also unfortunately d'snt appear)
