Try to flash the bios or EC if there is one available

i tried flashing both. but same issue. with an ac adapter plug in, the power is flashing brighter. it does not switch off completely. its on always but becomes brighter and blinking. do you think the I/O controller is bad? its an IT8528E chip, it has an external spi ship for the EC. if i replace the I/O chip, does it require reprogramming too?

manage to switch this on for less than a second. power button blinks. 3 & 5v is now present after switch on.

+vgfx_core
+vcore

those are shorted to ground (diode mode) going to the N2840 chip. probably needs reballing or even replacement.
