I have this hp1000 6050A2493101-MB-A02 with no backlight.
I have got all the voltages at the lvds connector, 19v, 3.3v but still no backlight.
Can anyone point me to where I can locate the Backlight enable pin at the back of the LED screen?

Way One: Download the screen data sheet and check the voltage in accordance.
Way Two: If you have the pdf of motherboard then please check at lvds connector the back lit on signal which may be 3volts high, Lcd Vdd again 3 volts high, 19 volts supply to which being used to illuminate the led.

On the schematic, I see LCD_BKEN which is 3.3v

I still don't have backlight, I don't know where else to look, I was hoping someone can direct me to the backlight signal enable voltage at the back of the LED screen.

So finally I have been able to solve this problem, the fault was from the PCH, PCH_LCD_PWM was not coming out of the PCH but I didn't reflow the PCH, I just connected the 3.3v from LCD_BKEN (pin22) to the Pin21(PCH_LCD_PWM) of the Lvds connector
