VALGC/GD LA-A091P

NO DISPLAY PROBLEM ...
I HAVE ALREADY PUT IN ORIGINAL BIOS AND ORIGINAL IO PROGRAMMED
AND VGA CABLE AND LED OK....give me a solution pls
