Delll vostro 1015 plugged in not charging

Laptop - Dell vostro 1015
Problem- plugged in not charging
Charging ic- max8731a
In bios it shows adapter type=65w and batery health = normal but 0%
Dcin- 19 volts
Acin- 3 volts above
Ac ok-3volts above
Scl,sda-3.3 volts
Psid-Ok
Dhi - 0.7 volt
Dlo -0volt

What could be the problem battery or in motherboard ???

To be check chrgng volt in connector. Depending on battery. Its ok check battery or xhange new battery
