Lenovo g430 keyboard problem

I have a g430 laptop internal keyboard is not working normally all key responds very slowly after a minute i have changed the keyboard reflashed bios,changed cpu ,changed io controller,ram,hdd too and external keyboard works normally what could be the problem ??

In this case First of all check the keyboard connector and EC connections impedance must same. Aur remove if capacitors on these lines.

No capacitors are there ,there are some rn resistors i tried replacing them too !!
