HP 4530s dis to uma help.

HI everyone,

I have this hp probook 4530s (mobo : 670795-001 ) which reflowed (gpu-AMD_SEYMOUR) for 2 times due to no display issue and fixed that issue successfully in both occurrence. but today the same problem appeared again and this time it wont fix by reflowing the gpu. can anyone can guide me to convert this system board (discrete ) to UMA ? Schematic diagram may be ?

what is the part number printed on the pcb?
