i haven't image, reflash bios but same problem please check below photos and tell me your ideas what can i check

Describe alll voltage status
3v, 5v, Vcore, ram , Vtt(0.675), 1.05v

from the current value it seems that ur 3.3v and 5v regulator is heating up ...

so please confim status of all

Think you have to flash the ENE KB9012QF. I had a similar issue long ago
