Without power plugged in
tell me the voltage at battery connector all pins ...(with battery)

sir battery positive supply and two 3v/3v. comes at battery connector ..

does the laptop turn on without battery? if ac goes in but battery does not charge then either the battery is faulty or charging ic is faulty usually a maxim , do you have board schematic or part number of the board?

Battery positive voltage is it above 9v or below 9v?

battery positive pin have 7,2 v

Your battery is in deep discharge condition ...kindly change ur battery and check .....minimum charge position must be around 9v
