Dell 1558 not powering on
3v3 and 5v ok
3v3 volt on bios ec chip
3v3 in poweron switch
Battery volt present

Flashed bios
But still same problem

check i/o rsmrst# signal and pch/ich plt rst#...
check 3 v on io and shorting if no shorting check rsmrst on io to pch if not change or program...

cap on pch alsao flactuating voltage 3v3 to 1v again 3.3 v to 1v
