Hp probook 450 G1

Problem when i power up the laptop starts itself but 5 times blinking capslock and numlock , then goes the fan max but no picture.

I measured all power supply. They all present. I tried to flahs many bios dump but got still the same problem.

I need help because i will like to fix this laptop. I hope you can help me.
