Toshiba Satellite C55-b860 bios heat up

Hi every body 
Model : toshiba satellite c55-b860
MB: DA0BLJMB6C0 rev.c
the problem is here that the bios is heat up and I change the new bios and new Ic again heat up
without bios on motherboard legs
I have this
pin 1: 3.3 v
pin 3 : 3.3v
pin 4 : 3.3v
pin 5 : 3.3v
pin 6 : 3.3v
pin 7 : 3.3v
Pin 8 : 3.3v
and the pin 8 is also connect with GND I tested with ground and the bios is 8mb
any solution please
