MBX 269 Sony

I have this board and it does not power on

there is no 3.3v on the power button but i find 3.3v and 5v on other places on the board like PL216 and PL217,

i suspect PU102 (tps51427a) because i find no voltage there not even 19v, does anyone know what readings should i get at PU102

or any ideas what else to check?

this is the common problem in sony that TPS51427 get coroossion and the Vin track gets cut .......please varify the track which goes to pin 6 of TPS51427A and if needed make a jumper from 19V .. hope ur problem gets resolved
