Need help for RT809F with PEB1 expander

Hello friends. I have rt809f with peb1 extender and I want to flash it8586e for lenovo g50-30 NM-A311 . when I directly connects the ic on socket it is not connecting in software. I have never flash it8586 I/o. So I am confused flashing the controller. So if anyone have flashed this type of board please give me some guidance to flash the ic.

No ite and nuton ic not program

For Ite 8586 &8587. Pin 100 must connect to be ground. After this Also connect external power to MB using adapter
