Dell N5010 Green dot after graphics to UMA

Can anyone help me for problem like green dot after convert graphics to non graphics

30min laptop work complete, after that problem like that, plz chk image

Model : dell N5010

put wire jumpers instead of resistance (rn5501) and all put jumpers instead of jumpers make this prob solve
