dell vostro n1540

sir i have dell vostro 1540
problem is not power up on adapter, no 3.3v and 5 volts , but 19v present on input of 3.3volt and 5.0 volt section,


but if i connect battery then 3.3v and 5.0 volt present and laptop work perfectly and if i connect adapter it also charge the battery and laptop work fine on battery

if i remove battery on running laptop then laptop work fine with adapter
but on only adapter laptop didnt power up what would be the problem
i had replace 3.3v and 5.0 volt ic, charging ic , bios both main and ec , 19 volt input mosfet 4407a both replaced , but same condition dc connecter changed with new one , plz tell what is the sollution
