3 beeps mean Ram error, check the ram well, and also check if you have 1.3v at the ram coil

Thanks a lot, but bios not working properly, computer can't enter into bios setup and open boot menu, take a long time to display and shut off after pressing f2 for bios setup

I have changed the ram several times, I have flashed the bios many more times, changed the 8mb bios chip but still the same way
